The App

Shush is a noise generation app developed by .shush apps. The app generates real-time synthesized audio to support sleep, focus, and tinnitus relief. It includes Room Analysis, which uses your device's microphone to analyze your acoustic environment and shape the noise output accordingly.

Subscription

Shush offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Shush Premium") for $4.99/month. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time.

Free Trial

Shush Premium includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Acceptable Use

You may use Shush for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its audio generation technology.

Disclaimer

Shush is not a medical device. Tinnitus relief features implement notched sound therapy based on published research but are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns. Sleep-related features are informed by peer-reviewed research but individual results may vary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
